Barrus to launch over 60 new products to market at Glee

Barrus will be unveiling a range of over 60 new and exciting products under brands Town & Country, Wilkinson Sword, WOLF-Garten, and Velcro at this year’s Glee.


The Barrus stand will showcase the product innovation and development that continues to take place across the brands, as it enters new areas of the industry and develops engaging customer solutions.


The unique and interactive stand will invite visitors to explore the vast range through a variety of different zones, including a greenhouse which takes centre stage on the stand, a planting and propagation area, and a Christmas section, to help promote its innovative products and displays, and support the ongoing movement towards sustainable living.




A first for Town & Country as they take propagation by storm with multiple new products on display at this year’s GLEE. Buyers interested in propagation will be spoilt for choice, with new Grow Bag & Utility Trays, Potting Trays, a Garden Sieve and Electric Greenhouse Heaters on display in the exciting new greenhouse area including the current range. The new and innovative stand design shows the forward thinking of the brands. The sectioned stand will allow you to get up close to the products in a lifestyle setting. As a heritage brand with over 60 years of bringing innovation to UK consumers, Town & Country knows how to engage and attract shoppers and has launched an exciting range of new point of sale concepts to help do just that.  Each British-made stand has been developed with a commitment to quality, functionality, and exceptional value for money in mind, to improve the customer journey through exciting visuals and easy product interaction.

Town & Country will also be showcasing an eye-catching display of the exciting Pluma range, which takes inspiration from the feathers to decorate the popular Cloggies™, the luxurious Lux-Fit Gloves, the Memory Foam Kneeler and a new addition to the range, the Double-Wide Kneeler. A great selection of gardening essentials to bring the perfect gifts.

Plastics and recyclables

Town & Country has launched a Planter range to make it easier for everyone to feel the benefits of nurturing and growing plants, even those with small balconies or courtyards with the launch of the Tiered planter range, allowing new and keen gardeners to take planting to the next level and grow up. They provide a great way people to mix and match plants for dramatic, or complementary effect within the separate tiers, meaning gardeners with any size outdoor space can essentially create an entire garden in a small area, simply by planting up. Alongside the tiered planters Town & Country are launching an expanded range of planters including a beehive shape, square and trough planters in several sizes to give end user to the right choice for them. 

The UK, recycled material made and 100% recyclable planters, benefit from integrated drainage holes to ensure plants don’t sit in water-logged soil following heavy rain or an over-enthusiastic watering session. 

To support the sell through and to expand the key message of planting up, both planters can be displayed in two display Free Standing Display Units.

The small version holds 50 of the tiered planters and the large display holds 40 planters per display. They are informative and eye catching, depicting the many uses from strawberry planters, herbs and flowers to succulents and the ever-wonderful chilli plants.

Door Mats 

Town & Country understand the growing industry of home and garden and know the importance of sustainability.  At GLEE 2022 the brand is launching a new range of door Mats including a selection made from 100% recycled materials such as plastic bottles and old car tyres to ensure a positive environmental effect. 

The Town & Country door mats are high quality, functional doormats which come in a range of sizes and designs from, boot cleaners, to runner matts in a complete FSDU system. The range is tailored to be functional with textured Cross patterns on the trellis mat to enhance scraping and boot cleaning and the luxury door mat is machine washable.

We understand finding the right doormat can be a challenge for a busy home, but our versatile collection allows your customer to make the right choice, using a specific stand which draws attention and educates the end user to the individual merits and product benefits.
