Woodlodge expands outdoor collection with new plastic planters

Yes, this is a plastic planter. Glee Daily News' Alan Burdon went to the Woodlodge stand to check, and was re-assured that it is plastic.

 

Woodlodge is excited to introduce its new range of Plastic Planters, designed to combine style, durability and value. With a contemporary look and practical features, this collection showcases Woodlodge’s commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

 

The new range features striking colour-blocked displays that create maximum visual impact in-store and inspire shoppers to refresh their outdoor spaces. Each planter is lightweight, frost-proof, UV-resistant and fully recyclable, making them practical for any weather conditions. With a wide choice of sizes and colours, the collection offers versatility for gardens, balconies, patios and other outdoor areas.

 

To support retailers, the collection is backed by a team of 50 expert merchandisers who work closely with garden centres to create eye-catching displays that showcase the products to their full potential. Woodlodge have their own in-house printers to provide attractive point-of-sale materials across all collections, with clear informative labels that help customers choose the right product. Guaranteed delivery ensures seamless integration into garden centre displays, making the collection easy to stock and sell.

 

Sustainability is central to Woodlodge’s operations. The team constantly seek ways to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste and minimise environmental impact. All energy used to power the 100,000-sq. ft. warehouses and offices comes from the wind turbine, supplemented by energy purchased from an electricity supplier, generating enough renewable energy to brew 1.4 million cups of tea annually. By harnessing energy from solar panels and using a water bore hole, Woodlodge reduces its environmental impact, reinforcing its reputation as a sustainable and environmentally conscious business.
