This will be at the forefront of its stand when the company returns to Glee for the first time in four years. elho has made its mark as a leader in the synthetic pottery market for nearly 60 years, thanks to its stylish designs and its eco-friendly credentials.
As a Certified B Corporation, elho understands the importance of being surrounded by nature and is dedicated to encouraging as many people as possible to connect with the world around us and to introduce it into their lives.
The company has also recently become the first in Europe to be certified by TÜV, a technical inspection association that ensures products are safe and comply with regional, national and international regulations.
Following a successful audit by TÜV Nord, it was officially certified in Category A of the accreditation, showcasing that its products are made from at least 97% recycled materials, a first for the company and for the garden and flowerpot market.
Doing good the environment has been in elho’s DNA for many years and it permeates every aspect of the company to make sure it creates little or no environmental impact, a philosophy that has led to these unrivalled credentials.
elho’s production process is run entirely on wind energy that is generated by its windmill located at its offices in Tilburg, Holland. The site is also home to two million bees, with their vital role in the health of the planet being recognised by the plant pot manufacturer.
At the show, elho will be unveiling its newest indoor range, made from an innovative way of using waste material to create homes for plants. The stand will also be home to array of elho’s sustainable and stylish indoor, outdoor and grow your own collections – all made using 100% wind energy, are 100% recyclable and are made from 90% recycled plastic.
