The project is designed to help bricks and mortar businesses benefit from the huge growth in online pest control sales. With as many as 50% of DIY pest control sales beginning with a click, it’s an opportunity that’s too important to miss.
The promise from The Big Cheese is ‘Pest Control Problem Solved’. Their exciting new retail merchandising solution means that the customer journey starts in store with a dynamic new display for the top 100 best-selling products. To help consumers to select the best product for their needs, the unit includes an easy-to-use smart phone product selector - it’s never more than three clicks to solving the problem! Users can then pick up the recommended solution from the fixture, or order from their phone to click and collect or have it home delivered in 24 hours.
A much broader selection of product can be made available from the point of sale in this way, with the retailer continuing to receive commission, even on sales of product that are delivered direct to the customer! The system is driven by the new website www.tbcandme.com and supported with an extensive library of informative ‘bite size’ videos to help consumers choose and use the best product. These are also linked directly back to on pack QR codes too.
STV are now seeking local independent retailers with whom they can partner on a regional basis – appointed Top100 stockists will benefit from the unique drop ship service from STVs own fulfilment centre and earn commission on these and all sales through www.tbcandme.com in their region.
